Westburg is the western-most citadel of the union. Some three weeks travel from Ironfeld, Westburg is largely considered the western border of the union.
Originally a small village, Westburg grew rapidly when iron-deposits were discovered in her surrounding hills. This commerce saw to the fact that the city soon became vital for the union, and thus became well-garrisoned. As Westburg grew, Ironfeld was largely forgotten.
Roughly 250.000 people live in and around Westburg. The Garrison holds some 10.000 men – 7.000 of which are militia.
The Lord of Westburg is Jean-Paul de Montmartre.
